Teach him to talk and the app downloads a language model once. After that, he works out his replies on your phone.

That's where your time together adds up: a diary he writes in the evening, his dreams and a picture on the wall.
Once he's roamed around outside enough, you bring him in. One tap and he's back out.
The goldfish lives in an aquarium instead: with bubbles, a snail and a clam that opens and closes.

No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Is Egon Buddy available for iPhone?
No. iPhones don't allow characters that walk over other apps.
Which phones can he talk on?
He can chat freely on Android phones with enough memory. On less powerful phones he answers with prepared lines.
How does he talk?
The language model (several gigabytes, best over Wi-Fi) is downloaded once and then runs on your phone. There's no account.
Can I let him go again?
Yes. If you let him go, everything about him is deleted from your phone.
